All our dogs are checked and ready for adoption, be it a working, service dog or pet. Potential adopters will be subject to a home check and references. Mars and Minerva pride ourselves on looking at the entire picture when it comes to rehoming. Matching the right animal to the right person is our upmost priority.
After the paperwork has been completed you will be invited down to meet the dogs. It may be that we do not feel you are a suitable match for the dog you have enquired about, but we may have another animal we believe would compliment your life style and would ask that you consider our suggestion.
All adopted dogs will legally remain the property of Mars and Minerva Malinois Rescue. Anyone who is no longer able to keep one of our dogs must contact the admin staff as a matter of urgency. Under no circumstances can the adopter sell or give the dog away. Any person found to have disposed of an adopted dog may be subject to legal action.
All adopters are advised to take out suitable public liability and health insurance for their new arrival. We do ask for a non refundable donation for all dogs that we offer for adoption this helps with the day to day running costs of the kennels and the welfare of the dogs in our care.
If you would like an application fill in the box below and one will be sent to you automatically. Please check your junk mail if you do not see one in your inbox.
It may be possible that your application may unfortunately be rejected. This may be that we feel the dog is not suitable for your personal circumstances, It may be that you lack the amount of experience needed for that particular dog or it may have been adopted by someone else. This does not mean you will never be able to adopt from us, every dog has a different story.
